Alpaca Rose's Lady Godiva
ARI# Pending
DOB:12/16/2008
Color: Dark Brown
Origin: Peruvian/1/4
Bolivian
Godiva Dam
Lady Bug is listed as a dark brown but I
would say she is a deep Mahoney, the
same color as her sire Snowmass Nautilus
who's breeding are closed now. On
Godiva's dam side we have Snowmass
Nautilus as the sire and DDF Peruvian
MacGyver, PPeruvian Bruxo, Augustina,
Inca bloodlines.
On Godiva's Sire side we have LCA
Quechua, Snowmass Ice Dancer, Snowmass
Ivory Gold, PPeruvian.
LCA Quechua dam is Akuti of Latah Creek
who had a 24 micron count at the age of
four, her sire was Bruxo.
I wish I had 10 cria's that all look
like and had Godiva's luster and fleece,
and that rich mahoney color. She has
great conformation. Her fiber is to die
for. It is what we all are breeding for.
I can't wait to have her micron count
back. We are so pleased with this female
that we have re breed Lady Bug back to
Quechua.
If I was to get a male of Godiva's color
that would be outstanding.
